Anyone knows a website to check if your CPU will bottleneck your GPU or not before buying new GPU?

1 - try looking for benchmarks or try game-debate.com and they have a tool that might help (you list your system, it tells you roughly how good or bad it is for any specific game)

2 - it will fit. that's an old board, though. but no matter, the graphics card will fit.

I don't know of a website like this but post your full specs and planned upgrades and we will try and help you out :)
The motherboard has a PCIE X16 slot so it will fit yes, but without your full specs I cannot say whether there will be a bottleneck or power issue.

Yes, your motherboard has an available PCI-Ex16 expansion slot so any of those graphic cards will physically fit. As to bottlenecks, no. There is no web site that will tell you if your system will bottleneck. All systems bottleneck at some point. There will always be a slowest component in any computer system, be it the CPU, the graphics card, RAM, or even the OS the system is running. The key is to balance the components to the intended usage of your system and to each other.

What games are you planning to play? If the games are more CPU heavy, the CPU will bottleneck a bit, you will probably be on low settings.

L4D2 and Outlast/Slender The Arrival should be okay, GTA 4 won't be a very enjoyable experience though, it doesn't run great on high end systems.

I tried game debate benchmark with my current CPU and GT 730 GPU
it said i can run GTA IV on 40 FPS
and NFS most wanted 2012 on 33 FPS
