I'm throwing together a very basic computer for my grandma who refuses to use laptops. The only thing I've ever seen her do on a computer is check emails and watch netflix (in HD) and I'm wondering if the following part list is 2 things

1. all parts compatible
2. sufficient for her purposes

I think it will be but I'd be more comfortable hearing from you guys as well before I order eveything.

Parts:

It says: "Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers." but I'm not sure what that means. I know the motherboard supports 3.0 USB, could anybody explain this to me?

Thank you

Just note, the link doesn't work.
Alabalcho has a good point also, a pre-built one might be a good idea for that price bracket, or even a cheap used computer might work.

Anyway regarding the USB question, while the motherboard has USB 3.0 at the back, in order to run USB 3.0 on the front USB ports (On the case), they require a different connection. You can however buy an adapter to plug them into USB 2.0 ports on the motherboard and run them at USB 2.0 speeds.
