I know a little about PC gaming but am no expert. Currently running an Origin Chronos I bought back in 2012.

Here are the stats for my rig:
Quad Core Intel i5 2550K Chip Set @ 3.4 GHz overclocked to 4.7GHz
1.28GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Edition
8.17 GB of RAM, 1,333MHz DDR3 SDRAM
Running at 1920 x 1080 resolution
1TB HD

If not, I'll just get it for the Xbox. But Fallout is so much better on the PC (console commands, user created content). Thank you for your time.

Solution
Generally speaking, I would say get at least a GTX 750 Ti or the Radeon R7 265 which is around 10% more powerful. Best to wait for some benchmarks though.

It should run, according to this, but your graphics card is a little old, so it might not be the best.

I would suggest waiting till it comes out before making a decision as the game specs might be a bit misleading. A good example of this was the Star Was Battlefront demo. The specs made it appear a GTX750ti would struggle, but in reality ran at med-high settings with 50-60fps.

Dude no contest. I would prefere playing fallout in lower grafics than having to deal with the xbox controler. By the way the improved grafics in fallout is partly because of improved math in there grafical engine. So you would think that even in low grafics it should look good. However getting a better grafics card will help your machine a lot.
