PC Crashes in games some times. Log attached

Hello!
This is the second time I have this crash. 1st time I thought it was due to the Motherboard going dead (which by the way died on me and I had to get another one).

Full PC Specs:
4790k
2x4 GB Ripjaws
Asus sabertooth Z97 mark 2 mobo
NH-D15 cooler
Gigabyte GTX 970 MINI ITX

Everything is on stock at this moment, no OC at all.

This is the information I`m getting in the windows event viewer. It repeats again and again (a total of ~1.6 k events) I`ve attached the repeating part obv, wouldn`t want to have you looking at 1.6 k events.

Open the Control Panel, click on Power Options.

Is your system set to High Performance? If not, set it to High Performance.

Hello!

Followed your instructions to the letter.
Still getting black screens.
When that happens, even the integrated GPU doesn`t respond. The system is still functional, but no display at all. In order to "revive" the GPU, I have to power down the system for a second then power it back up. Everything comes to live as if nothing happened at all.
It is not a blue screen, but it is still related to the same file.

What I do not understand is why you have the exact same timestamp on each and every one of those errors.

Something on your system is causing the video card to respond to system requests too slowly at times, and causing that error. It is most likely caused by a driver on your motherboard. But that is not 100%, as it might be a video driver, or a device that is attached to your system via USB or SATA as well.

I want you to create a Restore Point before you start doing the things below. If at any point, your system starts having new problems, you will be able to use that Restore Point to get back to where you are when you create the Restore Point.

Update as many drivers for devices on your motherboard as you can. Get them from the web page on your motherboard manufacturers site, and find the specific page that is there for your motherboard, and look for the Support or Downloads link on that page. Try to update every single motherboard based driver, if you can.

Next, go to the Intel Download Center, download their program that auto-detects the Intel Hardware on your motherboard, and then will update drivers if there are newer ones.

Finally, after you have done all of that, I want you to download DDU (click on icon below), and run it. The first thing it will do is ask you if it can go into Safe Mode to do its work. Select Yes. Once it is in Safe Mode, it will offer you 3 choices. The top choice says it is the recommended option, and you should click that one. It will uninstall all of your video drivers and anything a video driver has ever left on your system. In other words, it will take you back to where your video system was before anyone ever installed a driver on that system. When it is done, restart your system. When you get to the desktop, download and install your video drivers.

All of them have occurred at the same moment. I mean, when I got a black screen, all of those events come up at the same time.
Otherwise there are no errors at all.

Also, I have played Warcraft 3. No issues.

However with Caesar 4, Skyrim and Age of Empires, this is what happens.
The 1st time I got it was during Skyrim. This one during Age of Empires III.

Wouldn`t it be easier to do a fresh Windows install?
I don`t mind, I`m used to doing it often.

Also, think this could be because of the GTX 970 mounted in the second PCI3 8X slot instead of the 16X slot?

If you do a fresh install of Windows, that means you are also going to have to reinstall every program you have, since the registry will get recreated as well.

But if you are comfortable doing it, and it seems you are, then go for it...

So I have had a VERY hard time reinstalling Windows. In almost 15 years of me constantly reinstalling the OS (not every day, like once every 1-2 months) I haven`t had as many issues as I had today.

At first my Windows wouldn`t install saying that it can`t create a partition on the selected disk (non of my disks worked and I got 4 of them). This was because the stick i used was a USB3 one. Those do extremely bad as bootdisks.
Once I figured that out, I managed to install Win 7. However I got a lot of driver issues. Without the audio drivers installed, i would have audio. Once I installed the Realtek High definition driver, my audio would go dead. I would have only through the DP port. (Good my monitor has audio in it).
So i did another install if Win 7. Once that was done and drivers kinda installed, my explorer started crashing. It was so bad that I had to reinstall the Win 7 all over again, would even let be brows anything.

But this time I just installed the LAN drivers and upgraded directly to Windows 10. I thought Hey, lets give it a try. You never know.

Now my win 10 is installed. All Ok, except for the fact that all this time the same crash is happening. During games (I specifically installed AOE 4) the screen goes black and the PC crashes. Usually after ~8-10 minutes.

I monitored the temps on the GPU, they dont go above 60 degrees. I actually ramped up my 2 x AP181`s and my temps were ~56 celsius. (Running the LG 34UC87 1440P ultrawide monitor).

On windows 7, before going to Windows 10, I actually downgraded the Graphics drivers. The same issue.

Interestingly enough, during dora 2 in Warcraft III this doesn`t happen...

After deleting the registry, I dont have the blackscreen anymore. At least not for the moment. I`ve been able to keep a game alive for almost 2 hours.
