I have been using a custom built PC for about 6 months, but yesterday it became suddenly slow. Every program, game, and the internet all run very slowly now.
My specs are:
Windows 10
Graphics Card:
EVGA GeForce GXT 960
Processor:Intel Core i-5 4460
Motherboard: Asus B85M- R2.0
SSD:Crucial BX100 250gb
HDD: WD Blue 1tb
Ram: 8gb
Here are the things I have tried
I tried scanning it with multiple softwares including (malwarebytes, hitmanpro 3, and cccleaner )
I have tried running my computer without my HHD and it still lagged so i do not think it is that
I restored my computer's windows on the SSD completly wiping the SSD and it still is lagging.
I have tried it with only 1 ram(both rams) still lagged
I have tried running my comp without my GPU, it still lagged
I have completely taken it apart and rebuilt it, which didn't fix anything.
I am desperately in need of help to get this working again.

Look in you MB manual for the exact procedure. These days the battery is usually a button cell the size of a quarter and located under the GPU of course. :). you short the jumper by moving it from two pins to a third on, at least that's how it works on Asus boards.

Well that sucks. In these situations this is what I would do with my shitty Asus p5q-e. Reparation hard drive, clear cmos again and do a clean windows install with Asus/Intel drivers only. None of their crappy utilities, just the drivers. If it worked make a backup image and then build from there.
