What of the 2 specs listed under would be better? and why?

- CPU: i7 4770k
- GPU: AMD Radeon Sapphire 7950 3GB Boost
- Motherboard: Asus Z87 Sabertooth
- RAM: 16GB
- Case: Cooler Master CM 690 ll
- HDD: 1TB Samsung 3.5"
- PSU: Cooler Master GX 750Watt
- CPU Cooler: Noctua

or

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB
Case: Cm storm scout II advanced gaming black.
PSU: Cooler master B500 VER.2 KPC.
CPU: Intel core I5-4690k
Motherboard: Asus B85M-gamer
DDR3 minne: HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Black
Harddisk:Seagate® Desktop SSHD 1TB
Window 10.

PLease help me out, i need a new computer by friday so a fast answer would be very helpful! :)

Most games don't utilise everything that the I7 brings yet so no real reason for going for it just yet and the GTX 970 is far better performing than the HD 7950, plus the I5-4690k Is a fantastic CPU couldn't recommend it more! if you need more help let me know :)
