I have an Asus H97-Plus motherboard with Realtek ALC887 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC featuring Crystal Sound 2. Since the sound card is relatively old, is it even worth installing or would I be better off with the integrated Relatek audio?
My 5.1 speakers work just fine right now but I'm uncertain whether I should install it or not. Would it benefit me in any way?
