Please suggest graphics card compatible with my mother board Gigabyte G41 MT-S2P

Please suggest me graphics card that can work in my PC.

My PC specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte G41 MT-S2P (rev 1.3) http://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3743&dl=#sp
Ram: Two sticks ( 1 X 2GB and 1 X 4GB). Total 6 GB DDR3 RAM
Processor: Pentium Dual Core E5800 @ 3.20GHz (64 bit)
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)

if anything else you want to know then please let me know...

Required to run: GTA IV (may be at low settings), Houdini 15 (Requirements given at http://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=3151&Itemid=424) and other similar graphic softwares. I just want to learn them so I need a graphics card that can run these on my PC may be at low settings.
My budget: up to 4k-5k INR.

Heres what I suggest this is a way older machine but go to the link and find out if your pc will run the game

I would suggest a NVidia 750 card at most because your going to start bottlenecking the system after that since you only have a dual core and its a really older system,

But what if I change my PC's processor. Can you please suggest me both processor and graphics card that are compatible with my motherboard and also in my budget (below 5k INR) .
