I suppose it can use all 4GB but I've never seen mine go above 2.2 GB of use in "Batman Arkham", Attilla, or Rome 2 using a 4670K @4.2GHZ , Ultra settings and 1080p monitor and averaging 60FPS+ in all of them. No, I don't play BF3, Witcher or some uber modded fantasy games.
