Hello "experts"!

I'm very excited to be building my new PC! I'm a small Dutch Youtuber in need of a better PC to please my subscribers. I've been saving up for about a year now and I'm finally at a point of ordering my parts (yay!). The build has a black and green theme. Also answering my questions take this into consideration:
I'm using a black-green theme
Quality over looks (if it makes an obvious difference)
As least noise as possible!
I edit, render and stream for my youtube.
I want it to be as future proof as possible.

So this is the list:

Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit)
$97.89

Total:
$1495.45

So I have a few questions:

1. What would be a good cooler for my processor. I went with this one after considering the Phanteks PH-TC12DX, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Phanteks PH-TC14PE and the Noctua NH-D14. I will do light overclocking to my CPU. The CM Hyper 212 EVO was a budget choice which isn't needed for me. The Noctua NH-D14 was straight up ugly. And the TC12DX seemed like the little brother of the TC14PE. I'd like to know if the TC12DX would fit my needs aswell (overclocking to like 4.2-4.5 GHz) I would like it to be quiet aswell. A friend of mine said why not go with liquid cooling, I have alwasy been kind of scared with liquid cooling (leaks and stuff). But I would appreciate it if some of you guys could list some good liquid coolers under 100$ and I would like to know if it's worth going for liquid cooling over air cooling. I assume Air Cooling will do the job perfectly.

2. I chose this motherboard simply because it was one of the cheapest and I don't need alot out of it. It seemed good to me, please correct me if I'm wrong and if I missed something.

3. I'm not sure about my graphics card. I was thinking either R9 390 or GTX970. I prefer not to get the MSI, because of it's color. But if it really is the best choice I take quality over looks. If I would get the R9 390 I would get either one of these: Sapphire NITRO, MSI, Gigabyte G1 Gaming. If I were to get the GTX970 I would get either one of these: MSI, Asus STRIX, EVGA, Gigabyte G1 Gaming. Please tell me what's the best option. There's obviously no wrong option but I would like to know if I should take the 8GB of the R9 390 or the higher clock speed and reliability of the GTX970.

4. As for the PSU, I was thinking either the EVGA G2 750W or the Corsair RM750W, both of them are fully modular Gold+ Certified PSU's around the same price. What would be the best choice?

5. The case comes with a front 200mm and a rear 140mm fan. For better airflow I've decided to buy 2 140mm intake fans at the front. And place the 200mm fan that came with the case on top as an exhaust fan. Also I want to place a 140mm intake fan on the bottom. And keep the 140mm exhaust fan at the rear. I would like the fans that I will buy to have green LED's. Also I want them to be as quiet as possible. I have the choice between these 7 fans (these are the only ones available in the Netherlands): http://tweakers.net/categorie/492/ventilatoren/producten/#filter:q1YqSExPDc6sSlWyMjQw0FEqKMpMTvXNzFOyAnKKC1KT3TJzSlKLipWsqpVMjc1BVC5IVsnI0MJMSUcpN7ECxqnVUTI1MQCpKEvMAQoaWloagQSNTIxM4aLRSoZmpkqxtbW1AA
What would be the best of these? I will buy 3 of them (2 front, 1 bottom)
Also do you guys think the airflow would be good like this. And will it be noisy or not?

Thank you so much! I would love to hear your guys' opinions on this build!

Admirable
1. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is perfect for a medium amount of overclocking
2. There is nothing wrong with the Mobo picked
3.i like the MSI GTX 970
4.EVGA G2 750W is the better choice
5. Corsair Air Series SP140 LED Green High Static Pressure 140mm Fan Twin Pack give those a go

1. There is generally little difference between big air cooling and closed loop water cooling. You don't see a significant cooling advantage with water unless you make your own loop and that's usually much more expensive and unnecessary for what you want to do (more often than not, people do it for fun rather than out of need). The high end Phanteks coolers are some of the best and best looking you can get for air cooling and I don't see much reason to change your current choice. If you want to go cheaper, then you probably could since you aren't going for a record setting overclock or anything like that, but that's up to you.

2. The board looks fine to me.

3. I do not have personal experience with streaming. However, it is my understanding that streaming is better with a Nvidia card in most situations because Nvidia Shadowplay supposedly has almost no performance impact. The difference in VRAM capacity will generally have a negligible effect on performance, especially if you're not doing SLI for very heavy features in games that eat up VRAM such as GTA V and modded Skyrim. It is true that you could try to put it in a situation where the VRAM capacity is a bottleneck with a single GTX 970, but at that point, the settings are usually so high that the competition is unplayable anyway, so it doesn't make a difference. Even in SLI, this usually isn't an issue, granted it is easier to hit in real-world scenarios.

4. Either PSU is a very high quality unit, although I'm a bit biased towards the EVGA unit for its longer warranty. A ten year warranty is pretty good for ease of mind.

5. I don't normally put exhaust fans on the top unless the CPU cooler is oriented so that it exhausts upwards. This is usually only for AMD builds where the cooler's mounting was made poorly and can only be mounted in an up-down fashion. If the cooler exhausts out the rear, then a top exhaust fan would mess with airflow.

Definitely have positive pressure inside the case. This helps to reduce dust buildup inside the case when you have good air filters with your intake fans. Having a 200mm exhaust fan and a 140mm exhaust fan on the rear would mean you need at least four or five intake fans to keep positive pressure and that's assuming they're all similar fans.

Also, if you want silence, then a 7200rpm hard drive might be better replaced with a 5400rpm or 5900rpm drive. Or you can do as Tesetilaro suggested and get a 2.5" drive.

Thank you so much for the replies! Things have become much clearer.
I'm not going for liquid cooling. I am going for the EVGA G2 750W. And I've also decided to take the GTX970. I've come up with a few questions though:

1. If I were to overclock my CPU to 4.5 GHz maximum, would a Phanteks PH-TC12DX be fine or should I go with PH-TC14PE? The 14PE is a bit more expensive, I don't care alot but the 12DX is smaller aswell, which might be nicer in my case. I think the 12DX will be fine aswell, but maybe it's better to go with the 14PE just because it's more secure and it might come in handy for later to have a bit more high-end CPU Cooler.

2. Now that I've decided to go with the GTX970 I'm still not sure about which version I should go with. Reading reviews I think the MSI one wins it over the rest. But the black-red theme kind of annoys me. My case allows pretty long video cards, so I can really choose which brand to get. I would like to hear what you guys would take if you were to choose.

3. What fans would I add in what places to my build? It's partially decorative but primarily for cooling purposes. I'd just like some more color to my build, so I thought this would be a nice way to do it. I will add LED's to it aswell. So where do you think I should add fans? I was thinking 2x 140mm intake fans in front would be cool decoratively aswell as for the airflow. I would like to hear your opinions.

4. As for the HDD, a 5400rpm one would be slower than a 7200rpm one. So would it be worth to go for the more quiet one if it's slower aswell? I will probably have some applications on my HDD in the beginning. I will try get more SSD storage as I move on and place some applications I use alot over to SSD's, to make it run quicker. So, if I don't have enough SSD storage to run the applications on I use the most, will a 5400rpm HDD be worth it?

5. Also what would be a good 2.5" HDD?

Thanks again, it means alot to me!
