Is This a Good Budget Rig For 720P @30000 INR?

I wanted to know that is this rig good enough to run new titles at high at 720p.
My budget is 32000 INR at maximum. If you have a better option with same price please tell me.
1. Core i3 4130 @3.4 Ghz
2. ASUS H81M-CS
3. Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3 RAM
4. Antec BP450PS 450W PSU
5. WD 1TB HDD
6. Zotac Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti 2GB DDR5
7. Zebronics Jadugar Mid Tower Case
8. ASUS Optical Drive
I have the monitor and all other necessary things.

Yes you can run all modern games on "high" settings on 1440*900 with 30+ fps. But you cannot run on "ultra" settings. Still a great build in for budget.

If I go for the i5 4440 it costs me 7/4 times of the i3
The i3 is for 7500 and the i5 for 13200
Also I am already on the budget line and can't get the i5. Will it affect the gaming performance much?
I also wanted to know whether I could play latest games like Assasins Creed Unity and Syndicate and Battlefied 4 , Mad Max etc on high with 30+ fps?

I completely understand. Go for the i3. There will not be much of a difference in gaming.

And you will easily get 30+ FPS in all the games you mentioned.

BTW, what is your monitor resolution ?

My monitor's highest resolution is 1440*900 but I would not mind playing games in 1280*720 for better FPS.
Can I run all those games high on 1440*900 with 30+ fps also or do I have to be on 720p?
