For a case I'm getting raijintek arcadia, great for its price.
So, let's say my budget is 750 AT MOST!
Do you think I can change anything here?

Get a 970 and you're fine plus a 128 GB SSD for faster boot times and make the HDD extra storage.

as well i the case can hold 400mm length cards so it will fit a 970 if it's under that length.

The case however doesnt support good airflow... I would recommend a different case.

Such as the Coolermaster HAF 912 or the Thermaltake Versa H22 mid towers.

The Versa Supports 300 mm cards and the HAF 912 270 mm cards

I would personally get a better psu.The VS series of Corsair isn't what you want with a build like that.Look at tiers 1+2 from the next list or even tier 3 if these aren't available or within budget,

a good >550watt should be fine.
