good psu and gpu for under 250$

[code]hi guys , so ive been looking to upgrade my gpu in my pc. im upgrading from a hd 7770 so i already had a decent gpu. i have a 600W Solid Gear psu and i need a non-generic one instead.i ive heard that generic psu are not  as reliable as a name brand psu . i would like a good gpu and psu for around or under 250$ not sure what to pick tho. i would rather have an AMD gpu instead of Nvidia but i will settle with Nvidia if i have too. i also have an AMD FX 4300

sorry too bump a bit older thread i made. but its getting closer and closer to the day im gonna buy a gpu, and i was gonna go ahead and get the r9 380. but wont it make my fx 4300 bottleneck ? it is a quite powerful card
