I need a new PSU :(

my current specs are:-
Processor:- FX 8350 4.0ghz with CM Hyper 212x
MOBO:- Asus M5A99x Evo r2.0
GPU:- HD 7770
Ram:- 8GB
HDD:- WD 1TB
PSU:- VIP 500w
my current PSU is of VIP 500w...i need a new PSU my current one is making sparking type noise and i dont know how to fix it....when ever this noise came i have noticed that some black bars also come in my monitor... & yes also during this noise suddenly my CPU temperature increases... so i have decided to buy a new PSU...
tell me which one should i buy?
my budget is $75 or Rs.5000/-
i am thinking of buying a Corsair VS 650.. is it good ?
(And whatever you are gonna suggest make sure that it is available in India)

Corsair makes the best Psu's in my opinion, I have corsair 650 for about 5 years now. Never had any issues with it.

take this one instead, The corsair vs is a tier 4 psu this one is a tier 2 if i'm not mistaken

Antec vp550 - best there is under 5000 mate.

I would stop using your PC until you replace seriously - sounds like the voltage regulation has completely failed & that's a dangerously bad thing to happen.

Yes that's a terrible PSU - the antec is at least twice as good!

If you want the absolute "best", go for the Seasonic S12II Series 520-W PSU. It is a monster. I bought it a few years back for my GTX 660 and now I am using GTX 780Ti+i7 4790 with it and I have never faced any issues. Meanwhile my friend bought a corsair VS 550 for his GTX 780 and it was dead after 1 year itself.

I suggest you to invest in a good PSU for better protection of your equipment's.
