Will nvidia geforce gtx 730 (ddr3) work on my ASRock G31M-GS (ddr2) mainboard?
Now i have nvidia geforce gt 220.

Yes! If the GeForce GT 220 works, it has the same type of connector interface ad the GeForce GTX 730, a 16-pin PCI Express 2.0 slot. The fact that your motherboard says DDR2 has to do with the RAM, not the graphics card. So you should be good to go!
