I recently purchased a desk pc case from vector, put it all together and filled my amazon cart. Ive done a lot of research from this site and read a lot of material but have never posted anything until now. I need to use this pc for a gaming/3d printing server. And it seems like knowing if your rig is enough for your intentions is always very subjective. Are the parts adaquite to do this?

Also, how big of a radiator or radiators do i need to cool the cpu, both video cards, and ram?

Id like the water cooling to be centered around three xspc photon 170 reservoirs and swiftech mcp655tm pump.

Possibly the xspc ex360 rad?

What you should do to get the best cooling is to put your CPU on one circuit and your Graphics cards on another. You will want a pretty big case to go with it as well as you need to mount the radiators and reservoirs. You should probably stick with 2 reservoirs as it looks cool having two different coolant colours in and you might not have enough space to put 3 reservoirs. The specs look like a bit of over kill but it's your money not mine. You basically need, two radiators, two pumps and two reservoirs (and all the other stuff like tubing etc.)
