I'm trying to figure out what is the best way to run a windows program on my MacBook Pro. I have a desktop PC at home but I bounce between my house, my girl friends house, and the office (no computer at the office only my mac).

The program is for trading stocks so it doesn't take much to run, though I'm concerned about remoting in as an option due to any lag that could occur. I"v never used BootCamp, VMware, or Parallels but I'm open to all of those. Also I'm planning to have a multi monitor setup using 2 iPads. Obviously the best answer would be buy a laptop pc but I would rather not do that. If anyone has any insights it would be appreciated.

Solution
VMWare Fusion would handle this (and I'm sure Parallels Desktop would too) but factor in the cost of a Windows licence and another licence for the stocks program. Dual booting via BootCamp would suffer the same disadvantages, and also mean that you had to reboot every time you wanted to use the Windows program. TBH, a cheap Windows laptop is probably the most cost-effective option.
