Hi all. It's been a while since my last confession and I need assistance if possible.
For the past 3 years I have used a program (no idea what it's called) which helps me save/restore my desktop icons how I want them. Never had a problem with it and is simple enough for what I need.
Over the past week or so a set of 3 icons have just had a mind of their own. Each time I start-up, they have moved back to a specific spot on the desktop. Even when I put them as they should be, shift+right-click then 'save icon positions' they simply go back to their wicked ways once I restart.
The icons in particular are part of a set of 18 I have in the bottom right corner of my 40" Samsung TV display (3 rows of 6). The second column of 3 are the ones that always move and jump to the top of the screen but still in the same column line. The order of the icons also changes, they should be Steam, Origin and Uplay but for some reason it always switches Uplay with my Dropbox icon during the mishap,
Does anyone have an idea why it's these particular icons playing up, what may have caused it and how I can resolve?
