My mom got a $700 credit card for Wal-Mart and wanted me to build her a PC for the family to use. Here is what I currently have put together to order. She doesn't want to spend much more than $450 including an OS. Not including Keyboards, Mouse, or Monitor.

AMD A10-7700k
Asus A88xM-A Motherboard
4GB Crucial Ballistix RAM
InWin EC028 w/ 350W PSU
Windows 10 OS

All this will be for is office work and minor gaming. Nothing hardcore. Possibly movie streaming too. All I wanna know is if everything will work.

NOTE: ALL PARTS NEED TO BE BOUGHT FROM WALMART.

Thanks!

That is a much better PSU than the InWin.

Half decent case.

8GB of RAM would be preferable.

Put the stuff I found with the build, get rid of the InWin case.

I assume so long as you can order it on Walmart.com it should be good, correct?
That is a challenge because they might not have the same deals. Hell I didn't even know you could get computer parts at WalMart. I think I saw some basic GPUs there once and that was a long time ago (back when the Radeon 9000 series was still top of the crop).

Yeah this is the problem. I looked around for power supplies on their website and I couldn't find any. The only ones I could find were the ones that were already in the case. That being said I really don't have another option :/
If I could order from anywhere online then I would have no problem throwing something together for $450

They have parts by internet order which appear at the store, nothing much in stock, although I got a W 8.1 on sale for $90. No, they tend not to have great deals. The $110 A10-5800 is the only APU available at the moment, which is why I suggested a laptop. An i3 Broadlake laptop is quite decent.

The cheapest 2 x 4 memory is $62.

Yes! That's exactly what I am looking for. I already have the RAM so I'm not going to spend any more on it. Thanks for all your help guys!

OK here's my fiendish plan.

Get the best refurbished off-lease Win 7 Pro or Win 8.1 computer you can for no more than $325. Get a $125 NVidia GTX 750ti. Put the two together and you have a great GP system.

OR, just get the best $400 - $450 off lease computer you can find. There are some good deals there.
