CPU cooler under 83mm for overclocking

Hello community!

I was planning on building a Silverstone raven build, but couldn't find a good CPU cooler solution, so I come to you guys. I need a cooler for an LGA1150 socket, and I am going to overclock an Intel Pentium G3258 to 4.7gHz. As I said, it also needs to stay under 83mm.

Could you please tell me the temps? And is there a noticeable difference between 4.5 or 4.7gHz?

And compared to the SilverStone Argon Series AR06, which one is better? I saw the be quiet had a 100% load temp of 73 degrees celsius, isn't that a little hot?

Okay, thanks. And any water coolers? Or should I avoid them? I will be moving a lot, so I don't want it to break.
