RAM usage way too High

Hello Guys,

in the past few Days my RAM Usage went pretty high.
Im using Windows 10 and the Task-Managar doesnt even help at all.

MY PC Specs are:

Ram:12GB DDR3 2x4/2x2
CPU: i7 4790K @4GhZ
SSD: Samsung Evo 850 250GB SSD
HDD: 2TB SEAGATE HDD
GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Mainboard: MSI Z97M Gaming

If you have any suggestions or answers for my Problem, feel free to tell me in English/German or Croatian.

I was just wondering how it can say 99% RAM Usage when Task-Manager doesnt even Display more like 1 GB . Rescource-Monitor doesnt help either.
I dont think Windows 10 is the problem. I have since it was released, and it just started a few days ago with the curious RAM-Usage..
