Boot Priority Freezing

I recently cloned my HDD to my SSD to make my SSD my boot drive. However, I ran into a problem. Every time I try to change the boot priority, the ASUS UEFI BIOS freezes and doesn't unfreeze. Because of this, I cannot use my SSD as my boot drive and it is very annoying. Anyone know a fix?

I have already updated my BIOS by flashing it to the latest update and I restored everything to its factory defaults.

Yo,

Try and change where the sata plug is plugging into on the motherboard and see if it fixes, also try and remove all of your others drives (disk drive) and the mouse (not the keyboard) you need that and see if it still locks up!
