Description of Problem: Game crashes due to drivers crashing, not sure what causes it. The game runs absolutely smoothly until the crash occurs. This happens in GTA V and AC:U.
I've tried reinstalling drivers and CCC to no avail. Changing a few settings in CCC (Switched tessellation to app settings) allowed me to get past the opening sequence in GTAV, but then crashed a bit after. (It kept on crashing when I tried switching characters).
This is annoying because it's basically a brand new GPU and I can't play two games I bought because of it. When it works, this thing is impressive. But things like this are very annoying. Willing to update with whatever is needed. Thanks!

Update: Turning off overwolf and Raptr seem to fix the issue for now, will update again if it crashes again. (This is for GTA though, haven't tried ACU)

Solution
Hi Brakkus,

Are you OCing your GPU?

What you described, I experience the same issue when I OC my R9 270x but I am using the latest BETA drivers. I have to turn down my OC just a bit to get it to run stable, still every now an again my game crashes , but I can live with that.

No I am not.

Downloading the beta drivers and disabling Overwolf/Raptr (UIs) fixed the issues for now.
