Finally decided to upgrade from my old setup(Phenom ii X6 1090t/Radeon HD 5770). Looking for decent rig to run games at 1080p@ med-high settings for the next 2 or so years. So far ive got the following:
Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K 4-Core 4.0GHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 970 Asus Strix OC 4GB Edition
Motherboard: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
PSU: Seasonic S12G-750W / Antec 650VP
Cooling Fan: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 DDR4 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) PC (F4-2400C15D-16GRR)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
Cabinet: Cooler Master HAF 912
Monitor: Dell LED 21.5 ST2240L
Is this good enough?
Also is a iBall/Numeric 1000 VA UPS is good enough for this? (UPS is a necessity here)

Solution
The CM Hyper TX3 Evo is an AWESOME cooler, but I think the i7 is a bit to much for it. I think the CM Hyper 212 EVO will suit your setup better if your are not going to OC. If you are going to OC go for liquid cooling.

yes you will be fine the cpu is overkill and the gtx970 is great for 1080p gaming at high to ultra atm.
make sure the seasonic is on the tier 1 psu list and your good to go.
there are better cpu coolers also but it looks fine.
not sure on ups sry

thanks for the replies. though i really want to know whether that ups is good enough? there arent that many brands available to me and im a bit sceptical of iball/numeric. and no im not looking to OC. so i guess i dont really need to go for liquid cooling.
