so my pc is stuck at the MSI motherboard splash screen,
it worked before, i got the pc from a friend with no hdd's or anything. But i bought my own hdd and i bought a windows 7 home premium cd, it worked fine until now. now it is stuck on the splash screen, no buttons work (like delete to go to bios or tab to switch to post) only the ctrl-alt-del works (that resets the pc).
specifications are:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
nvidia geforce GS 8600
4 gb of ram
msi motherboard (unknown name, don't know where to find that)
and a hdd of 500Gb
