need help pc crash when playing games xeon e3-1231 v3 ,Gtx970

my pc crash during games the monitor lose connection and i have to restart, it only happens when the gpu fans at max speed
these are the specs i use 2 ssd in raid 0 and a 500w psu i'm not exactly sure about how good is the psu it's made in china by this company http://www.it-fhc.com/en/

i fixed the problem ,i underclock the GPU by -100 using evga precisionx16 still i'm not sure if it's the psu but at least it's working fine didn't lose much performance
