then plz tell me any best graphic card for this pc or tell me will this pc bottleneck 750ti if us how much

Solution
The best GPU under Rs 10k is definitely the GTX 750TI. It is a solid budget GPU and has low power consumption.

Bottleneck means you will not get the 100% performance that you would have gotten if you had a better processor.

Your cpu will bottleneck pretty much every modern card to some degree. I would recommend the 750 ti i guess, really I would recommend a new computer but if you dont have the money I guess a 750 ti will be okay depending on what games you want to play. A bottleneck is not some deal breaking thing that will ruin your gaming experience, it just means your gpu will be held back by from reaching its full potential in a lot of games.

No it will not damage the card. A cpu bottleneck means that your cpu is weaker than your graphics card, so this means that in a lot of games your cpu is going to keep your graphics card from giving you its full performance, it may barely affect performance and it may affect performance a lot depending on what games you play, so if you want let me know what games you plan to play I might be able to take a guess as to how much your cpu will limit your performance.
