Hey everyone, I will need some help in building a pc, with monitor and keyboard. Thanks in advance if you do help me.

Budget: $1600 SGD, max stretch to 1650, no higher

Uses: gaming+schoolwork

Games: csgo (main), tf2, gmod, borderlands 2, some valve games definitely. Thinking of buying some high power games afterwards, eg: gta5, mgsv, rocket league as my current laptop can't run those :(

Requirements: CPU 3.0ghz+,motherboard, graphics card, 8gb ram, 1tb HDD, case, cooler, power supply, monitor, keyboard, windows (7 or 8.1 is fine if it is cheaper than win 10, I can upgrade manually)

Requests (not required, but try to put it in under budget)
1st priority: 120/144 hz 1920x1080 monitor+decent wired keyboard for gaming, need not be mechanical.

2nd priority: Headset

Last priority: over clocking

No need for SSD, a HDD is enough.

I do want to run csgo on high and get as many fps as possible.

Because of my location, purchasing from places like newegg/amazon etc will cause shipping to be very expensive.
Use http://www.mynextcomonline.com to find parts , and then pc part picker for a list. Thank you very much.

Current build in mind
Motherboard:Msi h170a gaming m3
CPU: i5 6400
Ram: 8gb 2400 MHz geil dragon
Gpu: Gtx 750ti 2gb OR R9 270 2gb (same price)
Cooler: Cm hyper 212X
HDD: seagate barracuda 1tb/WD blue 1tb
SSD: nevermind, don't need one
Psu: corsair vs550
Keyboard: cm storm Devastator bundle
Case: corsair spec-01
Monitor: benq xl2411 144hz

(Already have mouse and mousepad)

Thank you once again.

to be honest, those list of components are not very good, with 1600 dollar, you can make a pc far better than that...

this is my list:
motherboard: asus maximus vii hero 260$
cpu: intel i7 4790k 309$
cpu cooler: corsair h100i gtx 104$
memory: corsair vengeance pro 8gb 2400 mhz 54$
storage: wd 1tb blue 7200rps 53$
ssd: samsung evo 850 250gb 85$
graphics card: asus strix gtx 970 325$ (or the msi gtx 970)
case: corsair spec 01 72$
psu: corsair cx 750m 80$
monitor: asus vg248qe 250$ (personally i would spend a little more money to get a better monitor that supports g-sync to suit the beastly gtx 970, such as the asus rog swift)
keyboard: cm storm devastor will do, I've tried it and its felt awesome. 30$

all together: 1622$

its a little over but 22$ dollar does not matter much i think....

if you are getting a headset or speaker system in future, i would suggest the hyperx cloud 2 headset and the logitech z623 2.1 speaker system. you can cut down the cpu a bit or take away the ssd if u want but i would definitely suggest the gtx 970. Its luxurious to play csgo on thus graphics card, you will get over 100 fps.
