Looks great to me. Just make sure you have a fan in the front, back and top of the case (intake on the front only). Negative pressure removes most dust and heat. Clean the PC carefully avery few months to get rid of dust and youll keep 'er running longer.

If you want to overclock, then you need a cooler. I recommend air if you don't mind the looks. For absolute budget, a 212 evo never dissapoints, but your bests bets would be a.Phanteks PH-TC12DX_BK for $50 or a Noctua NHD15 for $100. The Noctua is the best of the best for air, and will cool much better than you need, which is good If you dont mind tan fans (I hate em personally). A 212 should get around 4.2-4.4 GHz out of a 4690k though (estimate, do some research before quoting me on...
It looks quite good. Just would change that PSU. Antec VP is an ok PSU series, but not exactly great.

Also, you don't necessarily need aftermarket cooler if you are not going to overclock yet.
But when you plan to start overclocking, you will need one.

If you are never going to overclock, then the 4690k and Z97 board is a waste.
