Unstable ping problem when playing BF4 while having a good Internet connection

Hello,

I have a problem with my ping when playing Battlefield 4. When I play BF4 online my ping is fluctuating between 40-110 which is very strange. This instability makes the gaming experience unpleasant. One time my ping is 46, then 98, 56, etc.

So I ran a few tests on pingtest.net and speedtest.net and here are the results:

Based on the results my internet connection is fine and my ping quite low. So why am I unable to have a smooth BF4 gaming experience? I use a wired Ethernet connection as well as a power-line adapter, because my PC is in another room than my router.

Please help me to resolve this problem.

It would depend on the server you're playing on. The pings you have there are within about 100 miles of you, so that's a good ping for that distance, but if you're around Brussels and trying to play on a US hosted server in Chicago or a Brazilian server hosted in Rio, you're going to notice a much higher ping. If there are issues with the pipes you're traveling on, it could also equate to ping issues. I average about 20-30 ping hitting Chicago, but there are times when things act up and I'm getting 150.

I only play on European servers. Most of them are from Germany, the Netherlands or France. I should get 20-30 ping. But that is not the case. My ping, when gaming on all of these servers, fluctuates between 40 and 110, which cannot be considered as normal. That's why I need your help.
