My two case fans are not recognized m

Hey there guys and gals. I have 2 corsair case fans in my NZXT 340. They are my two main intake fans and I have no control over them. They do not appear even in the bios. Or corsair link. Any ideas on what I should do?

Used to be connected as chassis fans in which they still didn't show up, now for better connection they go through a molex splitter. I'm assuming I need to get them back on the motherboard. But even then they weren't showing up
