im planning on building a new pc for gaming but before i make my purchases i want to make sure all my parts are compatible

Motherboard : MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard (1x DDR3, 6x USB3.0, 8x USB2.0, GBE, LAN, HDMI, DVI, VGA)
CPU : Intel Core i7 i7-4790K CPU (Quad Core 4GHz, Socket H3 LGA-1150)
GPU : EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked with ACX 2.0 Cooling 4GB Graphics Card
PSU : Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU (Semi Modular Cables)
RAM : HyperX Savage 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 2400 MHz DDR3 CL11 UDIMM XMP Memory Module
After Market CPU cooler if required :Corsair (CW-9060021-WW) Hydro Series H100i GTX 240mm Extreme Performance All-In-One Liquid CPU Cooler

That is a sweet build!

Everything thing seems in order.
It won't be a problem just would be recommended to get 2200MHz ram as the MSI gaming 5 supports up to that.
Suggestion : the PSU isn't to great. Try look for a better quality one. Go search In Tom's hardware for Psu tier list and check for one from there! Will make a big difference
