Well this problem started I install a second new hard drive to my desktop. The hard drive is Seagate hybrid 4TB hard drive. So basically, I have two hard drive, one is Samsuny 850 Evo 250GB SSD and used to have a Toshiba 1 TB hard drive. I replace the 1TB hard drive with the 4TB, Window 10 Pro is installed to the SSD and the 4TB is only used for gaming storage. And ever since I installed the new hard drive, my computer will run for around 4 hours and than it will crash/freeze for no reason. My initally thoughts were is it because I am trying to download too many games on the hard drive which slow down, because it does happen to be when I am trying to re-download games off Steam, or there is a problem with the hard drive?

Here is the specs for the PC:
CPU - Intel Core i7-4770
GPU - MSI gaming 4G GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB
RAM - Crucial RAM DDR3 8GBx1 & Kingston RAM DDR3 8GBx1
MOBO - Z87I GAMING AC
PSU - Corsair CX series CX750M 80 Plus Bronze
CPU Cooler - Standard Intel CPU cooler
OS SSD - Window 10, Samsung RVO 250Gb
HDD - Seagate Hybrid 4TB
Case - Cooler master Elite 130
Optical drive - ASUS Blu ray player

The freezes occur after being used for around 4 hours and I checked my hard drive and everything, it says everything is connected properly.

Welcome to the community, Timothy_5!

I'd recommend you to use your hybrid drive manufacturer's diagnostic tool to test its health and SMART status. I'd also check if there are any firmware updates for your model and make sure you have the latest one. Have you tried using a different SATA port on the mobo or a different SATA cable altogether?
If it passes the tests and the firmware update but the drive's behavior does not improve, I'd recommend you to back up your data and re-format the drive. Then try installing the games again, but make sure you go easy on it this time.

Keep me posted with the troubleshooting!

Okay, I have download the Seagate Seatools to check the drive. It pass the SMART check. Not having any problems yet, but I haven't use it too long so far. If it happen again, what should I do?

In addition, I've forgot say that since I changed my new hard drive, I did have a first error saying: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Netwbw02.sys).

I now have updated all the software on my computer from BIOS to other MOBO software.

Hey there again, Timothy_5!

This error usually might indicate that you've installed some incompatible/inappropriate device drivers or it might also be indicating the presence of some corrupt system files. Make sure you have the drivers from your motherboard manufacturer that are compatible with your Windows OS version. Play close attention to the network driver (wireless) and maybe even re-install it from Device Manager. Here's something you might find useful: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff553572%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

Good luck!
