Most questions I see are about gaming. I am not a gamer but do a lot of graphic work with large size files.

I have Windows 7 U 64 bit OS with 8 gb ram, HP Elite H8-1020 PC.
I have Eyefinity Radeon 6570 video card PCI Express X16 interface. Max resolution 2560X1600 at 60 HZ 1 gb onboard memory. 1. Display port, 2. HDMI, 3. DVI. I

think the graphics card may be going out. I want to replace the graphics card with one that will handle working with graphics programs efficiently and faster.

Mother board is Manufactured by Pegatron, Form factor uATX 9.6X9.6, Chipset: Intel 861.

I have problems with fans going out so I need a card with good cooling features. I am upgrading my power from 300 w to 500 w. I would really appreciate suggestions that you are certain would fit and work in my computer. I have looked for days and it only gets more confusing.

For graphic design, CAD or anything of that sort I reccomend Nvidias Quadro range of GPUs. Their made for that sort of stuff. Whereas the GTX cards are better used for gaming.
