does this graphics card require Full UEFI BIOS?

I'm looking into purchasing a EVGA Geforce GTX 950 SC

and i am not sure if I can use it in my pc since I don't think my pc has a UEFI BIOS
Here is my current pc

After reading a few posts on various websites some people say that most newer cards support both. Anyone able to confirm if this card will work?
