Hi friends! my case is about an old desktop computer with a Pemtium MMX 200 mhz proccessor and a Amptron PM8600 motherboard (more info at: http://redhill.net.au/b/b-97.html).

The problem is that when I turn it on the keyboard is not recognized from the bios instead it shows an error message that says: "Keyboard error or no keyboard present". It recommends to press F1 to continue but since the keyboard is unfunctional at that point I can't do anything and I can't boot my system. I already tried with many other different USB and PS/2 keyboards that are ok but the system keeps showing that error at the bios. The motherboard has a PS/2 port, a DIN 5 port, a serial 9 pins port and a PCI USB card (http://www.dlink.ru/en/products/150/297.html) with two slots available. Since I only have PS/2 and USB keyboards right now, I tried to make connection with those ports only, leaving serial and DIN 5 unused. You have any idea of what may be causing that error? thanks in advance!
