Hey guys. Im getting around 200 fps with a fx-8350 and a gtx 960. That is a lot, i know. But when you are around smokes or a lot of players it goes down below 144 fps (my monitor's HZ). Any fixes or idea? My res is 800x600 and everything is low.

And that is how it should be.
If you have a monitor with a refresh rate of 144Hz.
If you have Vsync enabled in the graphics settings of the game.

That is what the V sync setting does.
