[SOLVED] What BIOS Update do I need for my new APU?

So tomorrow I am upgrading my APU and people are telling me to make sure my BIOS are up to date, not really under standing what that means I came to you guys for help, So with my ECS a55f2-m3 motherboard (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5246449) and my current apu A4 6300 (http://www.amazon.com/AMD-A4-6300-Dual-core-Processor-AD6300OKHLBOX/dp/B00XI46UUO) and upgrading to the a10 5800k (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...113280&cm_re=a10_5800k-_-19-113-280-_-Product) What bios upgrade do I need, If any? And I have windows 10 64 bit if you needed that
