I ran DxDiag and received the following error problem getting extra sound info error. Under each sound tab it says no error found. My sound works just fine through my speakers or headsets.
OS - Windows 7 home Premium 64bit
Mobo - MSI P67A-GD65 (B3)
Chip - Intel i5-2500k 3.3
Mem 8gigs (ordered another 8)
Graphics Card - AMD Radeon HD 6900 2g
I noticed that under DxDiag it lists my DirectX as 11. Under Performance and tools under Graphics it stats DirectX10. I am wondering if that could be causing the problem. The only other error I have is in other devices Universal serial bus (USB) Controller.
Since my sound is working do I need to worry about the error when I use DxDiag?
