screen loose on Acer H236HL

Hello, I was just wondering if it is normal if i can press in the screen slightly on one side and see a bit of backlighting through the small crack when not pressed. I am using the acer H236HL, I can't return it anymore, so now i am quite unhappy. Thanks!

No it's not Normal. You need to be sure if it's a crack in the bezel or is it in the screen. And you ought to stop pressing it even slightly just to check.

Is there any possible way to fix it? I got a private message from someone named i7Baby saying its "usually just the tape, you can dismantle it and put in new tape or leave it how it is"

Yes, actually, the screen is covered on all four sides with a thin steel strip, they are usually connected with tiny screws, if, you can dismantle the plastic bezel and get the screen free, then a tape will certainly do the trick on the backside, just make sure you don't apply too much pressure while putting just a strip of tape .
