Hello Guys, I want to buy a New GPU for my Computer urgent, my Budget is $260, I have the option to buy ( means its available in my area locally in this price without any shipping etc). Im only worried about bottleneck so please you guys tell me if one of these cars will bottleneck with my CPU or not though my CPU is stably overclocked !

1- GTX 950 [$200]
2- ASUS GTX 960 OC STRIX 2GB [$255]
3- Gigabyte R7 370 OC [$188]

My Pc specs are:
CPU: Core2Quad Q9400 @ 3.4Ghz ( Stable OC )
Ram: 6gb ddr2
Current GPU: inno3D GTX 550ti
PSU: EverGreen 500W

Please Help Thanks !

Solution
Get the GTX 960 as it's by far the better performing GPU and is within your budget. With that higher overclock, I'm sure your CPU would be able to handle the 960 without any major bottlenecks. Here is the thing about bottlenecks, every computer has one, it's impossible to perfectly match your CPU with your GPU, one is going to be low performing than the other and usually it's the GPU. The only reason why you don't want a CPU that bottlenecks all the time is because it means you spent too much on your GPU, that's all, your computer still works to the best of it's abilities.

Any Qxxxx can already be a bottleneck (even with OC) for any GPU above GTX750Ti on some games.
I would recommend that you should plan for a bigger overhaul.
Face it, all LGA775 processors are already considered as dinos.
I ditched my Q6600 @3GHz exactly a year ago today.
