Who to contact about Samsung RAM

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew who I should contact about Samsung RAM (for support/RMA) - I tried Samsung on their main support number and the guy I spoke to didn't even know Samsung made RAM and passed me through to the wrong department.

Were about's did you buy this RAM from? If it was included in a prebuilt Laptop/Desktop and is more than 1 year old the best thing you can do is just replace it with new RAM.

If you have the model/speed/size and which area you live in I can find you a replacement.
