No Internet Access on PC Mifi Device

Hi guys,

I'm using a Three Mifi Device at work to connect to the internet for the last 2-3 years.

I'm using a desktop with a USB wifi dongle to connect to the Mifi device.

All of a sudden I'm getting "NO INTERNET ACCESS" when connected to the mifi device.

I also have my mobile phone connected to the mifi and the internet is working fine. So there the device is working fine I'm sure.

Also I'm tethering from my Sony Experia on the desktop to access the internet now. So i don't thin there's a problem with the Wifi dongle...

I'm stumped!! Any one help?

EDIT:

It seems to work ok being connected via USB from PC to the Mifi device.

Just not via the wifi!! strange

Connecting via USB (Micro USB?) to the mifi disables Wifi in some cases as I understand it.

Maybe you have created some other conflict. Five device limit maybe....

Did something get changed at work?

Check your connections/setup against the user manual/guide.

You can have up too 10 devices connected to it. at the moment there's my phone and my business partners phone and then the PC.

I've had it for 2 years now i don't see what's changed.

I thought maybe some updates might have screwed with it and did a system restore but that didn't solve it.

I also tried in safe mode with networking and still nothing.

I'm going to take it home tonight and see if my laptop will connect to it via wireless.

currently yes it's working through hard wired connection via USB.

Only three connected devices, understood. And the Mifi originally did work wirelessly with a simultaneous hard-wired USB connection.

Taking the Mifi home to test is a good idea.

If it works, then something at work is the issue.

If it does not work could be that the Mifi has experienced some failure.

Will watch for further postings. Thanks.
