I downloaded EVGA Precision. I adjusted the GPU clock offset to +215MH and the MEM Clock Offset to +186.

Now the GPU clock says 900MHz the temp is around 40 degrees celcius and the voltage is 900,

I am a noob to overclocking but the GPU is performing much better but its louder now, so is this ok or what kind of overclock do you recommend ?

Solution
Stable means it isn't crashing your games, or showing unusual dots, squares, or patterns (called "artifacts") on your screen. Graphics cards may safely run hotter than CPUs, but if yours is getting over 85C-90C during games, you should reduce the overclock until you can keep it under 85C.
The GT630 is fine for casual and less-demanding games at lower resolutions, but overclocking it may turn out to be an exercise in futility. Even a low-end stock PSU should be able to power a GTX750Ti, would would be a substantial upgrade. Most (but not all, so check) GTX750Ti cards do not need an auxiliary PCIe power connection.
