I know it's an age old question but there's a catch.
I have two options:
1.) Go with 2*4Gb 1333Mhz Transcend RAMs without all the headspreaded (Just the Chip)
2.) Go with 1*8Gb 1600Mhz Kingston Hyperx Fury.
The Kingston one is cheaper and i really want to but it. But Will it take a hit in performance?
Thanks in Advance!

I live in India. Probably i know better of what is available here. Go for the Kingston Hyperx fury (1*8). If you want you can upgrade later to dual channel by buying one more identical stick of ram

I believe you should get the Kingston RAM in this instance.

While having the Dual sticks in Dual Channel would help spread the load and increase the performance. In this instance, the Kingston RAM would process all the data at the same speeds and you even have more upgrade room by going with the Kingston module.

Thank you,
Tingety.

I just bought this 1x8gb kingston yesterday, the difference between 4GB I had earlier is great. The difference is visible only in benchmarks.

But I think I'll give it back and buy 2x4gb instead, as my motherboard doesn't support one dual channel and one single stick together, so I can't use my old RAM.

There are a lot of people who will tell you to buy 2*4 (dual channel) but beleive me man, even I am building a new PC here in India, I don't find dual channel in many shops. I would suggest you to buy a Single Module so that you have a great way to upgrade as you have more free slots.
You can PM me if you have any queries or if you want list of my build.

Getting identical DIMMs can be a little tricky: I bought one pair of 2x8GB Kingston Blue DIMMs around October 2012 and another pair with the same model number in January 2013 but they had different PCB revisions with one pair having a slightly narrower (maybe 1mm) PCB.

Most people say they do work together

Have seen numerous problems with mixing these here in the forums and calls from clients - mixing - even with the same exact model - is a 50/50 crapshoot - they may play they might not - more here in item 2:
