Hey everyone I have a ? It may sound stuip I just started messing with computers. well the other day I changed out my mother

Since you typexd your whole question into the topic subject box, a bunch was cut off and it really doesn't say what your problem is, but more than likely, you will have to use your windows disc and reinstall.

Now with some versions of Windows 7, technically, your not allowed to change motherboards since that constitutes installing on a new PC, and it may not activate. Now if you installed a new motherboard because the old one died, then usually a quick call to Microsoft activation will get you reactivated.

Well....the PC store was required to supply you with the license key and the install media. Used or not.

Does the PC boot up with the new hardware? Probably not...:(

If you have the license key, go here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home

It will ask you for that key. If it thinks it is good, download the relevant OS, create your install media from the ISO it gives you, and reinstall.

If it was a Retail license, MS would have let you download the correct ISO file.
Since they told you to contact CyberPower, it is apparently an OEM license.

In which case, you will have to contact CyberPower for the Windows installation media. Or whomever you purchased it from.
