Ok, so I want to buy a new case and an aftermarket CPU cooler.
For the case, I'll buy an Zalman Z3 Plus.
But I don't have a big budget to buy an expensive CPU cooler. I have only 20 euros and I found 2 CPU coolers: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO and Zalman CNPS8X Optima. Both have the same price (20 euros in my country) and I can't decide wich one is better. Can you help me guys? If I had the money I would buy a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but it's more expensive than TX3 and Optima...
