Before I installed my some what new CPU I have only been able to use One stick of RAM. The processor I had was I3-3240 with two Mix Matched So-Dimm DDR3 RAM sticks running at 1600MHz which were generic they work perfectly. When I installed my I7-2600 I have only been able to use one stick of RAM if I put Two sticks of RAM it won't post and the fans would ramp up.

Solution
Two potential causes are: 1) your motherboard needs a BIOS update in order to work with the i7-2600. Re-install your old i3 in order to flash the BIOS; and 2) you may have a bent LGA pin. Remove the CPU and check carefully. I've used a jewelers' loupe and dressmakers' pin to straighten bent pins before.

Yeah I just checked for any bent pins and didn't see any bent pins. Also my motherboard is up to date my mother board is the M32AA which is a pre built PC.
