Trying to Install Windows to New SSD Won't make it past windows boot. No blue screen. No error codes just restarts and says windows could not start normally. I bought the PC from a running reliable condition minus the HDD/SSD. I had an older HDD i was going to use. I am installing an iso from USB and had no issues installing this on a previous computer, an older dell that was crashing so I "formatted" the SSD on the dell and installed fine.
I thought I would just plug and play my old HDD into this PC and update the MOBO drivers and be good. When I had issues a bought a new SSD to try seeing as maybe the old HDD had some issues that the HDD check was detecting. However, I install it goes through the install only to stop after it installs. I have Removed the Ram, checked all connections, and cannot get this to completely boot. I thought this was within my skill level but I guess not I do not have a CD burner or DVD burner or Drive or any CDS to install windows with or a reapair disc so that option is out. It has to be from the USB and what I do not understand is this USB worked fine for the Dell but not for this Pc....
