I'm a newer pc gamer in the way of this is my first pc build. I need to build a computer for roughly $700-800 that includes an operating system and if possible a monitor. The computer I really would like would be able to run games like CS:GO, Minecraft, GTA V, Gmod, and games like that at 60fps with high to max settings. Medium settings would be tolerable if it will still run smooth and look good. Please help me!
